“It’s really the wand that chooses the wizard, of course”, says Mr Ollivander, which in Harry’s case, turns out to be one of holly with a core of phoenix tail feather. A curious match, as the phoenix had provided just one other feather; for the wand which gave Harry his lightning bolt scar.
Royal Selangor’s replica wand is made from satin finish pewter, and comes complete with a Gothic style bonded porcelain stand with a bronze finish.
