TAG Collectibles is an online community where collectors can purchase collectible items across our four main product lines incuding: vintage and current action figures, and current gaming, rare Pokemon cards and an extensive rage of Funko Pop Vinyls.

TAG also offer a variety of services for their members including the TAG Concierge, TAG Capital and Cash (our Pawnbroking Service) and exclusive access to the Market Insights Hub.

TAG sells four lines of collectible products, including:

• Funko Pop Vinyls
• Action Figures
• Pokémon
• Video Games

We also sell other rarities and oddities that don’t quite fit into these four categories such as collectible Lego Sets.

We primarily sell our collectibles in sets, boxed and in as new condition as possible. We firmly believe that this is how collectors can achieve the highest value for money when growing their collection. This is especially the case if they plan to sell each item individually in the long-term, as they’ll have a better chance of increasing their returns on investment.

However, if you are looking for a certain collectible that you can only purchase individual, let us know. Our TAG Concierge service specialises in finding those hard-to-find collectibles you can’t find anywhere else.

Absolutely. TAG Collectibles offers a ‘Collector Lay-By’ service, which means you can purchase your collectibles and pay them off at a pace of your choosing.

We’ll safely reserve your collectibles here in our warehouse and will ship them out to you once you’ve paid off your purchase completely.

Absolutely! We will buy your collectibles for cash under our TAG Capital and Cash (our NSW Pawnbrokers Licence).

We strive to offer you a fair price that takes into account its market value and falls within our margins.

Yes, absolutely! Our TAG team members are able to look at your items closely and give you an idea on the market value and future potential. This service is only available to members.

You can provide us videos and videos of the items you want value. If you like, you can also ship your goods to us via the post or visit our warehouse in Kings Park, NSW so that we can look at your collection in more detail.

If you join us as a TAG Collector (it’s free), then you’ll get access to exclusive market fact sheets that may be able to assist you in valuing your collection (read more about this on our TAG Market Insights Hub page).

If you are invited to become a TAG Black member, you can request a comprehensive analyst report on a specific niche of collectibles for which we will conduct serious, deep and dedicated research.

To value your collection, we will take into account known sales sources, pop culture sources and the condition of the collectible.

Please note that we are not formal appraisers (just yet).

Pop vinyls, video games, action figures, Pokémon figures and Pokémon cards are all valuable products on the collectibles market right now.

Certain rare Pokémon Cards and specific antique video games are amongst the most valuable. A Pokémon TCG complete set has sold recently for a record-breaking USD $300,000. While a single Shining Charizard card could possibly be valued up to $10,000.

Gamma Attack, considered to be one of the rarest video game available on the market, was listed on eBay for $500,000.

Having said that, remember that our number #1 value at TAG is collect first, invest second. If you’re keen on having your collectibles underpinned by an investment strategy, keep them in the box, and store them appropriately. Figure out when to have your item graded, and have a long-term plan in mind (e.g. decide whether you will complete the set, or chase limited editions, and so on).

You may not be able to make a million dollars overnight, but you can make some money and have fun at the same time.

Investing in collectibles is a long-term game that requires a well-thought and robust strategy. You will need to think about how long you plan for holding your collectibles, so you can determine what is the best price to pay and what the plan is for how you will expand your collection.

If you are a newbie investor, we recommend starting your collection small or with a TAG line you are familiar (i.e. pop vinyls, gaming, action figures or Pokémon) with so that you don’t get “burned out” too fast and lose interest altogether.

Each investment strategy will be unique to the collector, as it will depend on what they’re interested in and what their long-term goals are.

Yes. Our payment gateway is National Australia Bank and your credit card details are not recorded or stored on our servers – they go straight through the banking networks.

Stripe and PayPal are also offered as alternatives and are also secure.

You can pay using credit card, debit card, PayPal and Afterpay.

You can also choose to lay-buy your product if you would like to pay it off over time.

Simply create an Afterpay account, and you will be able to pay off your item in four parts over time.

The TAG Concierge is a service available to TAG members where our team will search around the world for hard-to-find collectibles that you yourself are finding difficult to locate.

You may have a very particular item in mind that you simply have been unable to find, no matter where you’ve looked online or in physical stores.

You can leave that burden to our team here at TAG. At no extra cost, we’ll search far and wide for the item you’ve got buried in your brain.

TAG will only search for collectibles that fit within its four product lines, being:

• Funko Pop Vinyls
• Action Figures
• Pokémon
• Video Games (and Consoles)

First, we’ll ask you to send us the details of what you’re looking for (including any pictures, descriptions, variants and the condition range) as well as your budget range.

Our team of analysts will then start the search across our various contacts in the industry to source different options for you.

If you’re then happy with the options we present you, we’ll upload it to our site for sale to you on the condition that you provide us a non-refundable 50% payment of the sale price.

Once we receive that payment, we’ll verify the item’s authenticity before requesting the final 50% payment from you. Once we have received the final payment, we’ll send you photos and videos of your item before shipping them to your desired address.

No! If we don’t find your collectible, you don’t have to pay us a cent.
